Shipping policy

SAMPLE ORDERS

 

For Sample Orders, shipping rates will be calculated by delivery destination in the checkout process. 

 

Standard or Express Delivery

Standard and express delivery options are available at checkout.

 

  • For standard delivery, please allow approximately 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

  • For express delivery, please allow approximately 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Pleae note that postage times are estimates only.

 

International Delivery

Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for international delivery (postage times are an estimate only) from the date of dispatch (excluding any .

 

We will provide you with a satchel number, however these are not real-time trackable, they are only traceable in the event they go missing.

 

Dispatch

Once your order has been distributed to a carrier nominated by us, it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.

 

Changing Orders

Once the Products in your Sample Order have been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us asap at sales@vivifytextiles.com and we will do our best to assist.

 

Taxes & Duties 

All applicable taxes, custom fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries.

 

For more information on import tax thresholds in your country, contact your local postal provider.

 

BULK ORDERS

 

For Bulk Orders, shipping rates will be calculated by shipping method in the checkout process.

 

Dispatch

Your Bulk Order will be delivered in accordance with the relevant incoterm rules that apply to the delivery method selected by you, summarised as follows:

 

Incoterm 2020

Description

Ex works (EXW)

You may collect the Products from a dispatch location nominated by Vivify Textiles. All costs and risks involved in collecting and transporting the goods from our dispatch location are your responsibility.

Carriage Paid To (CPT)

We will arrange delivery of the Products to the carrier nominated by us at an agreed place. We will contract for and pay the costs of carriage necessary to bring the Products to the named place of destination. 

Carriage and Insurance Paid To (CIP)

We will arrange delivery of the Products to the carrier nominated by us at an agreed place. We will contract for and pay the costs of carriage necessary to bring the Products to the named place of destination.  We will also contract for insurance cover against your risk of loss or damage to the Products during carriage (note: this may be minimum insurance cover only unless otherwise agreed with you in writing).

 

International Delivery

Air and sea freight options are available at checkout or by emailing us at sales@vivifytextiles.com.

 

Please allow approximately 7-21 days for international delivery (postage times are an estimate only) from the date of dispatch. This estimate excludes and time during which the Products may be held by customs.

 

We will provide you with a tracking number, however these are not real-time trackable, they are only traceable in the event they go missing. A track and trace link will be sent to you via email.

Taxes & Duties 

Please note that your destination country may impose a threshold on packages entering your country from overseas.  Purchases over the relevant threshold may be subject to local duties and taxes, and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs will generally base the value of your order on the price of the Products plus the cost of shipping.

 

All applicable taxes, custom fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differs between countries. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these amounts.
